We support efforts to preserve individual rights in the court system.

The law firm stands on the side of the individual, and is a staunch supporter of preserving the rights of injured victims against the transgressions of industry. We are also an advocate of individual legal rights and public justice. We believe that every individual, rich or poor, should have access to the legal system and to due process. As such, the firm has financially supported TTLA, ATLA and TLPJ (which successfully defeated a major class action in the U.S. Supreme court). ATLA lobbies against legislation which seeks to limit people's rights to recover financial compensation due to corporate negligence.
